At Starr Hill in Charlotteville, John and I were able to sit down with Zach Rogue. His music is amazing and you should definitely check out his latest, Descended Like Vultures. The best part of his story is the beginnings. Having been bart of the dot com bust several years ago, he chose to do some self discovery and let out all the music creativity he had inside him with the help of Bill Racine. That project became known as Out Of The Shadowand was quickly added by many hipsters as the sleeper album of 2003. Be sure to stick around for all the gorey details in about three weeks for the interview to be on The Dropcast.

Tomorrow night John and I get to talk with one of the most creative and pop infectious bands to date. Often dubbed as the group that sang, Popular, it would be a mistake to write them off as a one dimensional band. The past 2 albums, Let Go and The Weight is a Gift are so full of the art pop and infectious melodies that make the world right. Look for Nada Surf on an upcoming episode of The Dropcast
