The Beanstalk

The crew over at Forty Media have got their heads screwed on straight. I can’t tell you how often corporate lingo or buzzwords took the place of sincere interaction at a few of the companies I have worked. I wish they could be outlawed. An while I’m at it, corporate america aims for 5% increase on business each year. But that doesn’t make any sense because how much does the worlds poulation increase every year – is it 5%? So really every year you’re jst attracting more of the same demographic to your product. So in essence, it’s no growth at all. True growth will come in gains of double digit increases (take that TPS report) the trouble is that it takes gutsy middle managers to redefine their market. The truth is… middle managers have the most power or their influence can be demonstrated and measured in the quickest amount of time.
